Vitamin C can also make your blood vessels good and help your body to absorb iron.

Precautions for FSGS patients

Bell pepper is rich in oxalic acid. If your kidney function has declined, you had better avoid too much intake of bell pepper. Because the damaged kidneys can not remove oxalic acid from the blood, they build up in your body. When their concentration is high, they may stick together and form crystals, giving rise to kidney stone. Kidney stone may add insult to injury for kidney patients. Besides, bell pepper is high source of potassium. Moderate potassium intakes helps you control edema and high blood pressure, but if your blood potassium level is beyond the normal range, you had better avoid too much intake of bell pepper.
