What causes diarrhea in Children with FSGS?

On the whole, diarrhea is a symptom related with gastrointestinal system, if left alone, it can lead to dehydration directly for patients. Specifically, diarrhea occurs may be attributed to the following causes:

1. In the treatment of children with FSGS, adsorbent and other drugs may cause the osmotic pressure in enteric cavity, causing osmotic diarrhea.

2. A variety of accumulated toxins and gastrointestinal hormones can make the colon to remove more rapidly.

3. In FSGS especially advanced stage, the intestinal mucosa often has pathological changes. As a result, the absorption of the intestinal mucosa is affected. What you drink and eat can not be absorbed well, thus resulting in diarrhea.
