Lower High Creatinine Level in FSGS

FSGS is a rare kidney disorder involving scarring of parts of the kidney filtering system which affects kidney function. It usually occurs for no apparent reason but can result from kidney damage. Therefore, the filtering unit will not remove toxins and waste from the body, resulting in high levels of creatinine in blood.

As we know, creatinine is a break-down product of creatinine phosphate in muscle, and is usually produced at a fairly constant rate by the body (depending on muscle mass). Creatinine is chiefly filtered out of the blood by the kidneys, though a small amount is actively secreted by the kidneys into the urine. If the filtering of the kidney is deficient, blood levels rise. So how to successfully lower high creatinine level in FSGS in order to live a normal life?

1. diet requirements for FSGS patients:

We know that creatinine is a by-product of muscle metabolism. So we had better choose a vegetarian diet.

Protein supply: because at this stage nitremia will appear, in order to reduce the burden on the kidney, and control the worsening of renal function, patients should control protein intake and choose high quality protein diet (such as animal protein). Such kind of food includes fish, thin meat, egg etc.

Patients with high creatinine appropriately should choose food rich in vitamin A, vitamin B2, vitamin C. FSGS patients with high creatinine should keep a low-sugar diet and strictly limit salt intake.

2. daily activities

People with FSGS should strictly control their activities, but they also need some mild exercise on the basis of their illness condition. They can choose the activities such as jogging, swimming, going for a walk. Strenuous physical activity will increase the metabolism of muscle to increase creatinine level.

3. No smoking and drinking

The harmful effect of alcohol and tobacco is mainly to the kidney and blood vessels. Patients with high creatinine are strictly to give up smoking and drinking to avoid causing greater damage to the kidney.

All the natural ways mentioned above can effectively help FSGS patients lower high creatinine level. However, they can’t repair the kidney damage and recover the kidney function from the root cause. Here Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy is an alternative therapy for people with FSGS along with creatinine level. It is a natural therapy depending on the traditional Chinese medicine.
