Some Remedial Measures For FSGS PatientsFSGS, the full name is focal segmental glomerulosclerosis, which has two types, primary glomerular lesions and secondary glomerular lesions. Almost all FSGS patients do not have the tendency of spontaneous remission, so they should receive treatment as soon as possible. However, most cases present that hormone curative effect is poor, and the patients are always in painful. Therewith, there are some remedial measures for FSGS patients.

The main factors of the FSGS patients developing into renal stage are a lot of proteinuria, high creatinine level and a wide range of fibrosis. In view of this, the FSGS patients need to take the treatment effect into consideration at first time. Because taking hormones has many side effects, we suggest you combine with Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), which can reduce the side effect of hormones, meanwhile, it can adjust our immune system from the root, thereby, it can achieve the aim of stabilizing the disease.

At present, during the treatment of using little hormones, you can do some remedial measures.

1. Proper exercise. Life depends on movement. But you should avoid strenuous exercise and fatigue. Some gentle movements are suitable for you, such as taiji, taking a walk and so on. Proper exercise are beneficial to resist the disease and slow down the progression of the disease.

2. The diet should be high heat, high vitamin, high quality protein, low-salt and low-fat. All of lean meat, white egg, fish are good choice for you to supply high quality protein. You also need to limit the lipid intake, meanwhile, you should avoid the salty food, such as pickles, fermented bean curd, preserved meat, etc. Besides, some stimulating foods like cigarette, alcohol, vinegar and spicy food should be avoided.

3. Regular examination. Regular examination can make you know your change and condition of your kidney function the first time.
