Is Dialysis The Last Option for A FSGS Patient with Creatinine 7.9

Question: My mom’s creatinine level is 7.9 and her hemoglobin is getting lower day by day. She also suffers from high blood pressure and other symptoms. Her treatment is going on but yet doctors suggest dialysis. Is dialysis the last option for her? Please contact me as soon as possible.

Is Dialysis The Last Option for A FSGS Patient with Creatinine 7.9Answer: When creatinine reaches 6-7 mg/dL, dialysis is usually recommended. Creatinine 7.9 is much higher than the normal level, so the patients had better do dialysis as early as possible to lower creatinine level, or it will further damage the kidneys. But because dialysis has many side effects and it can only lower creatinine level temporarily, many patients would rather give up dialysis.

Dialysis is not the last option for kidney failure patients. If you can improve kidney function to increase the creatinine output from the body, you can avoid dialysis. For FSGS patients with kidney failure, there are usually three ways to help you recover kidney function, namely regulating the qi flowing in the channels, removing blood stasis and cleansing waste.

Blood Pollution Therapy is a therapy starting from treating blood system. It can recover the blood system. Because when kidney fails to work, waste builds up in the blood. And waste accumulation can cause further damage to the kidneys. There are many therapies both in western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine to draw out toxins from body, such as plasma exchange, immune absorption, Medicated Bath, Enema Therapy and Circle Therapy. After the blood system recovers, there are enough nutrient and oxygen to transport to kidneys and immune complexes and inflammatory factors can also be eliminated. Besides, some essential substances are supplemented into the blood to speed up the recovery of damaged cells. With systemic treatment, creatinine level decreases and hemoglobin levels will increase.
