How to Deal with the Fluctuating Creatinine Level for FSGS Patients

Question: My wife has FSGS. Her creatinine are fluctuating. How to deal with it?

How to Deal with the Fluctuating Creatinine Level for FSGS PatientsAnswer: Creatinine level is one of the problems that kidney patients care about. Now let’s have a look together.

Creatinine is a waste product of muscle contraction and to a small content from the meat you eat. It is mainly passed out of the body by kidneys. Under normal circumstance, creatinine level can be kept into the normal range (0.5-1.2 mg/dL). When you do strenuous exercise or eat too much meat, creatinine level may go up temporarily, but it lowers gradually, because your kidneys can remove them out. If your kidneys are slightly damaged, creatinine levels do not increase as well, because kidneys are have a lot of excess capacity built into them. Once your kidneys are so severely damaged that it is beyond their potential ability, creatinine level rises quickly. Therefore, to solve the fluctuating creatinine level, you should set about from the two aspects.

-To reduce the production of creatinine

Having a good rest reduces the muscle contraction, but it does not mean you should give up exercises. The advantages of doing some gentle exercise outweigh its disadvantages. Besides, you should limit the intake of meat, especially red meat. To satisfy the need of body, you can eat some white meat, such as poultry without skin.

-To increase the output of creatinine

This requires you to repair the damaged kidneys and improve kidney function. 4M treatment (Mai Kang Composition, Medicated Foot Bath, Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy and various Medicinal Soup) can cleanse the blood, regulate blood pressure, reduce blood cholesterol level and remove blood stasis. They can also stop kidney fibrosis and reduce kidney inflammation to prevent further kidney damage. Moreover, they provide the essential nutrients for the damaged kidneys to repair themselves.

If you want to stabilize creatinine level and bring it into the normal range, you should take treatment as early as possible. For more information about our treatment, please send your medical test report to igacure@gmail.com. Our doctors will contact after analyzing your case.
