Can IgA Nephropathy Occur Without An Inflammation

Can IgA Nephropathy Occur Without An InflammationIgA Nephropathy is the most common glomerulonephritis. And glomerulonephritis is the leading cause of kidney failure. Can IgA Nephropathy occur without an inflammation?

Let’s learn more information about IgA Nephropathy.

In our body, there are many kinds of antibodies, one of which is Immunoglobulin A. When bacteria and virus invade into the body, antibodies combine with them to form immune complexes. With blood circulation, they come into the kidneys. For some people, their IgA receptors are abnormal so that they can not cleanse them from the kidneys. Those immune complexes cause inflammation in the kidneys, which over time impair kidney function. That is to say, if you have IgA Nephropathy, there is inflammation in your kidneys.

What triggers IgA Nephropathy?

-When you catch cold, tonsillitis or fever, there may be blood in urine. In this case, it may indicate that you have IgA Nephropathy.

-Some researches show that IgA Nephropathy is inherited. If your family members have IgA Nephropathy, you have a higher risk of getting IgA Nephropathy as well.

-Inflammation is also a common inducement to IgA Nephropathy. It can make your body to produce inflammatory factors and immune complexes so as to worsen your kidney disease.

Treatment for IgA Nephropathy

From the above, we can see that to treat IgA Nephropathy, we should inhibit kidney inflammation, remove immune complexes from the kidneys, reduce the production of immune complexes and reinforce the inherent immune system so that virus and bacteria can not enter into the body easily. Immunotherapy can help you achieve all the goals through six steps, namely immune diagnosis, immune clearance, immune blockage, immune tolerance, immune regulation and immune protection.
