Lower high blood pressure

High blood pressure is a common complication of IgA Nephropathy. It does not only cause damage to the kidneys, but also increase your risk of heart disease so as to threaten your life. Figs are a good source of potassium, which counteracts the effect of sodium and control blood pressure.
