This benefit must owe to several mineral elements, like calcium, boron and manganese. American research shows that Boron can significantly increase the concentration of estrogen and other compounds in your blood, and these substance can effectively prevent the loss of calcium.

3. Lower high blood pressure

As mentioned above, apple contains rich trace elements, like potassium which has the function to expand blood vessels for IgA Nephropathy. In this situation, blood vessels relax and open, making it smooth for blood to flow through the vessels. As a result, high blood pressure can be reduced gradually.
