How to Get Down BUN 82 and Creatinine 4.01 for IgA Nephropathy Patients

How to Get Down BUN 82 and Creatinine 4.01 for IgA Nephropathy PatientsBUN and creatinine are the indicators of kidney function. BUN 82 and creatinine 4.01 are both higher than the normal level, which indicates that you are in stage 3 CKD. How to get down BUN 82 and creatinine 4.01 for IgA Nephropathy patients?

Now let’s have a general look at BUN and creatinine.

BUN is the waste product of protein metabolism. While creatinine is a waste product produced by muscle metabolism and to a smaller extent by eating meat. Healthy kidneys can filter urea and creatinine from the blood. In the early stage of IgA Nephropathy, the kidneys can still flush out creatinine and BUN. But when kidney function is less than 50 %, kidneys can not manage them so that there is a quick increase in BUN and creatinine level.

Ways to help you get down BUN 82 and creatinine 4.01 for IgA Nephropathy patients

-Protein restriction

To lower BUN, you should limit the intake of protein, especially plant protein. Animal protein contains the essential amino acids the body needs, but it may increase creatinine level. Therefore, no matter plant protein or animal protein should both be controlled. In stage 3, 0.6 g/kg high quality protein is suggested. Egg white, lean meat, fish, poultry without skin are all high quality protein.

-Water intake

If you do not have edema, drinking plenty of water can increase urine output, which helps elimination of creatinine and BUN from the blood.

The above two measures can only help you control BUN and creatinine to certain degree. If you want them to return to normal level, you should improve kidney function to more than 50%.

IgA Nephropathy is an immunodeficiency disease. We should set about from the poor immune system. Immunotherapy is such a therapy. It can cleanse the immune complexes from the blood. It can also enhance the kidneys’ tolerance to IgA depositing in the kidneys so as to reduce inflammation. Besides, it can help kidneys repair themselves by anti-inflammation, anti-coagulation, blood vessel dilation, extracellular matrix degradation and providing essential nutrients. Long-term treatment can strengthen immune system and help you fight against diseases.

All the ways referred should go hand in hand. Only in this way can you get a better curative effect. For further information, please leave a message below or send emails to igacure@gmail.com.
