Creatinine 3, Urea 79 and IgA Nephritis: Is Dialysis Urgently Necessary

Question: My mom is suffering from IgA Nephritis. And last creatinine report is 3 and urea 79. Kindly tell me what is the stage and is dialysis is urgently necessary or not?

Creatinine 3, Urea 79 and IgA Nephritis: Is Dialysis Urgently NecessaryAnswer: Creatinine and urea are waste products passed out of the body by kidneys, so their levels are often used to measure how well the kidneys are functioning. Normal creatinine level is about 0.5-1.2 mg/dL and normal urea level is about 7-20 mg/dL. Creatinine 3 and urea 79 are both beyond the normal level, which means your kidneys are damaged severely and you are in late stage 3 kidney disease. Dialysis is a common used blood purification therapy for kidney failure patients. But it does not mean you should do dialysis. Dialysis is needed when creatinine level is as high as 6-7 mg/dL.

However, it is necessary for you to cleanse the blood, because those waste may impair your kidneys further. Besides dialysis, there are many kinds of blood purification therapies, such as enema therapy, steam therapy, medicated bath and circle therapy. Enema therapy is to use your intestinal tract to remove toxins, and the last three therapies are to draw toxins through your skin. Those therapies can not only purify your blood, but also expand blood vessels, speed up blood circulation and remove stasis to set up a good blood circulation so as to help your kidneys repair themselves. After a period of treatment, your creatinine level and urea level lower.

Because IgA Nephropathy is an autoimmune disease, it is necessary for you to regulate the abnormal immune system. Immunotherapy is a combination of western medicine and Chinese medicine, which helps you improve kidney function as well.

Dialysis is not urgently necessary for IgA Nephritis patients with creatinine 3 and urea 79. But you should receive treatment as early as possible. Only in this way can you avoid dialysis.
