How to Avoid Kidney Failure for IgA Nephropathy Patients

How to Avoid Kidney Failure for IgA Nephropathy PatientsDoctor: Hello. I am Dr.Lee. Is there anything I can help?

Patient: I am from Saudi Arabia. I have IgA Nephropathy. My question is: can you help me to avoid kidney failure?

D: How long have you suffered from this disease?

P: 7 years.

D: How old are you now?

P: 40

D: What treatment are you taking?

P: Amlor 10 & fish oil.

D: Amlor is a prescription drug with the genetic name amlodipine. It is primarily used to treat high blood pressure, and fish oil is often used by IgA Nephropathy to inhibit kidney inflammation and reduce kidney damage. Do you have high blood pressure?

P: Yes, I have but now normal.

D: That is good. High blood pressure is a risk factor for IgA Nephropathy patients, because it can add insult to injury if you can not bring it down and stabilize it. But simply Amlor and fish oil is not enough for you to control the disease well and avoid kidney failure.

P: What else I can do to avoid kidney failure?

D: IgA Nephropathy is a kind of auto-immune disease. Due to over-reactive response, too many IgA immune complexes are produced. These immune complexes travel around the body along the bloodstream. Some deposit on the glomeruli, causing inflammation, thereby the kidneys are injured, and then large amount of protein leak out.

There are three points for IgA Nephropathy: 1. Regulating the immune ability 2. Removing the immune complexes. 3. Repairing the injured kidneys. Your current treatment can not cover the 3 points, so it is not enough for you to halt the progression of disease. In our hospital, systemic Chinese medicine treatment is often used. It includes Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy, Medicated Bath, Foot Bath, Enema Therapy, Navel Therapy, etc. After about one week’s treatment, you will see floccules in urine, which are those waste products being passed out of body. After about half month’s treatment, your symptoms such as fatigue will get relieved. After one month’s treatment, your disease will be controlled, and your kidney function will increase.

P: Sound good. Can you tell me more information on your treatment?

D: Yes, I will send the detailed introduction on our treatment to your email. And please send your medical test report to igacure@gmail.com. After analyzing it, I will give you personalized guidance.

P: OK, I will. Thank you.

D: You are welcome.
