How to Cure IgA Nephropathy

How to Cure IgA NephropathyHow to cure IgA Nephropathy? About 25% to 30% of IgA Nephropathy patients will finally be affected by chronic renal failure, so finding a cure is very significant.

The classic presentation of IgA Nephropathy is repeated reoccurrence of hematuria which appears because glomeruli are injured by extreme inflammatory response. IgA Nephropathy is characterized by deposition of IgA antibodies in mesangial area which not lodge here in normal cases. Due to immune deficiency, IgA antibodies and some other substances like C3 deposit in mesangial area, leading to severe inflammatory response. Therefore, for IgA Nephropathy patients, removing IgA from the glomerulus and preventing further IgA deposition are very important.

IgA Nephropathy has a very variable course, ranging from a benign recurrent hematuria up to a rapid progression to kidney failure, so if IgA Nephropathy patients want to have a cure, the treatment should be based on their specific illness condition. In many cases of IgA Nephropathy, cyclophosphamide is used in combination with anti-platelet (anticoagulation). This helps to slow down illness condition and delay kidney failure. However, it can not cure IgA Nephropathy.

IgA Nephropathy in initial stage can be reversed, but when kidney intrinsic cells are necrotic, they can not be repaired again. Therefore, IgA Nephropathy in late stage can not be cured at all. For people whose kidney function has been impaired due to IgA Nephropathy, they can try Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy which is a treatment based on TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine). In this treatment, Chinese medicines are used together and externally. They have different functions and by combining them, some kidney intrinsic cells which are injured mildly can be repaired. What is more, owing to the function of dilating blood vessels, anti-inflammation, anti-coagulation and degradation of extracellular matrixes, residual kidney tissues can be protected from being damaged.

Lastly, with effective treatment, even though IgA Nephropathy can not be cured, kidney function can be improved greatly. In this way, it is quite possible for IgA Nephropathy patients to live a high quality and long life.
