Treatment to Overcome Kidney Fibrosis for IgA Nephropathy Patients

Question: I am suffering from IgA Nephropathy from past 9 years and with acute renal failure. Currently I was been diagnosed with renal fibrosis. I am taking Ramipril 5mg and losarton 25 mg one time a day. Please suggest some treatment which can help to overcome and help to recover.

Treatment to Overcome Kidney Fibrosis for IgA Nephropathy PatientsAnswer: According to GFR, IgA Nephropathy is classified into five stages. But according to the process of fibrosis, IgA Nephropathy is classified into three stages, namely inflammatory reaction stage, fibrosis stage and scar formation stage.

IgA Nephropathy is an autoimmune disease caused by IgA immune complexes depositing in the kidneys. Due to the stimulation of immune complexes, the inherent kidney tissues are damaged. In order to protect the kidney tissues from being damaged further, the extracellular matrix will proliferate abnormally to become fiber. Ramipril is an angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor, used to treat high blood pressure. Losarton is also used to treat high blood pressure. They can help you slow down the progression to kidney failure, but they can not prevent kidney fibrosis.

If western medicine can not solve the problem effectively, why not try some Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)? In TCM, there are many therapies to help you, such as Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy, Medicated Foot Bath, Mai Kang Composition and various medicinal soup. They can decompose the immune complexes in the kidneys to eliminate kidney inflammation and degrade extracellular matrix to stop kidney fibrosis. They can also expand blood vessels to lower blood pressure and increase blood flow into the kidneys to improve ischemia and anoxia. Besides, they can speed up blood circulation to remove stasis and draw out toxins from your body to reduce their damage to your body. After a period of treatment, your kidney function will be promoted.

Kidney fibrosis should be treated as early as possible, or it can cause further kidney damage. For more information about IgA Nephropathy, please feel free to contact online doctor or leave a message below. We are glad to help you.
