What is congenital Nephrotic Syndrome?

It is a rare disorder that presents within 3-6 months of birth. It is characterized by four symptoms:

-Massive proteinuria>=+++, and 24h urine protein is more than 0.1g/kg.

-Hypoproteinemia. Serum albumin<3g/L.

-Hyperlipemia. Serum cholesterol is over 5.72mml/L.

-Swelling.

How to treat Nephrotic Syndrome well?
