Besides, the use of steroids and immunosuppressants can increase the urine output. It is necessary for you to tell their teacher to inform them to go to toilet regularly.

As to diet

Massive proteinuria is the typical symptom of Nephrotic Syndrome. And children usually need a lot of protein to grow. If they do not supplement enough protein, it is likely for them to have protein deficiency in body. Therefore, when you prepare meals, you should add plenty of high quality protein into their diet, such as fish, lean meat, poultry without skin, etc. Besides, they should limit the intake of sodium into no more than 2g per day.

As to clothes and sleep
