Prednisone Is Not Working on Nephrotic Syndrome: What to Do

Question: My daughter has Nephrotic Syndrome. She initially responded to prednisone. Last year cyclophosphamide also worked for us and she went into remission for 6 months. But now relapsed again and prednisone is not working. What could be the reason? And what to do?

Prednisone Is Not Working on Nephrotic Syndrome: What to DoAnswer: Prednisone and cyclophosphamide are the commonly used treatment for Nephrotic Syndrome patients to inhibit renal inflammation and reduce protein leakage so as to protect kidneys from being damaged further. But they are stopgap measures. Once you stop the medications, inflammation reaction in the kidneys are easy to flare up. Therefore, patients need to take them for long-term to maintain the condition. As we all know, our body has drug resistance if we use certain drugs for a long period of time. Besides, if Nephrotic Syndrome relapses frequently, a lot of waste products build up in body. They can counteract the effect of prednisone, and then its effect is not that obvious.

Here we recommend you a systemic Chinese medicine treatment. It can help your kids to have a permanent control of Nephrotic Syndrome.

Toxin-Removing Treatment for Nephrotic Syndrome

This treatment makes use of various Chinese medicine therapies such as Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy, Medicated Bath, Foot Bath, Enema Therapy, Mai Kang Mixture, oral Chinese medicine and so on to expel massive waste products and extra fluid out of body to make internal environment good for kidney self-healing and other medication application. It can also dilate blood vessels to lower high blood pressure. Besides, it can improve blood circulation and increase blood flow into damaged kidneys to supply them with enough essential elements to speed up kidney recovery. After about one week’s treatment, swelling will disappear. After about half month’s treatment, proteinuria will decrease. After about one month’s treatment, Nephrotic Syndrome can be under control. Keep on treatment for a period of time, proteinuria will turn negative and this disorder will get well controlled. Even under inductive factors, it won’t relapse.

Prednisone is not working on Nephrotic Syndrome? You can try Toxin-Removing Treatment. But it is only available in China. Can you come to China? For more information on our hospital and our treatment, please leave a message below or contact online doctor.
